What data we collect and why
Contact form and email
Your name, email address, company name (optional) and the content of your message. We use them solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing the data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without an email address.
Visitor statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records aggregated visit data (number of visits, pages viewed, browser type and country). It uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not track you across other sites. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in monitoring the operation and availability of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your choice of light or dark theme, and only if you change it. It stays on your device, is not sent anywhere, and you can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser. Fonts are served from our own server, not from third parties.
Who else processes data
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, visitor statistics and forwarding of email sent to [email protected]
- Web3Forms — delivery of contact form messages to our email address
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Gmail) — email storage
Some of these providers or their subcontractors are located outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU‑U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiries for one year from our last communication and then delete them. If you become a client, we keep your data for the duration of our cooperation and for as long as accounting and tax regulations require.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send your request to [email protected] and we will reply within one month at the latest. We do not carry out automated decision‑making or profiling.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
